The variety is a perennial grass with improved turf cover characteristics. The plant is characterized by a dark color and high shoot density, which distinguishes it from forage varieties of tall fescue.

The plant possesses developed rhizomes, which contribute to self-repair and the formation of dense sod. The variety demonstrates adaptability to various conditions, including good shade tolerance and resistance to adverse climatic factors.

Titan RX is selectively protected against brown patch infection. The variety is intended for landscaping and areas with intensive use, and is used both in monostands and as part of turf mixtures.
