The variety forms very fine foliage and creates a dense turf, while being distinguished by very slow growth. The plant possesses excellent disease resistance, tolerates drought well, maintaining its green color during the summer period, and is adapted to growing in poor and sandy soils.

The plant tolerates low mowing well, but is sensitive to trampling. The establishment process of the crops proceeds slowly and requires attention. The variety is intended for use in lawn mixtures suitable for extensive territory management.
