The variety is diploid and is classified as mid-season. Before the vernalization period, the plant has a semi-erect or semi-prostrate growth habit and is characterized by long shoots with a medium intensity of green leaf color.

The plant has an absent or very weak tendency to form inflorescences before the vernalization period. The variety is intended for use as a forage crop in grass mixtures for fodder harvesting.
