The variety possesses high shoot density and demonstrates stable indicators of turf quality and visual appeal under test conditions. The variety's characteristics are oriented towards lawn use, where density and appearance are of paramount importance.

During agronomic trials, the variety was evaluated for resistance to common diseases, in particular to Red Thread.
