The variety belongs to the group of lawn grasses and is characterized by the presence of very fine leaves. It forms an attractive and dense turf, suitable for creating high-quality lawn covers.
The plant is adapted to a wide range of conditions, in particular to the climate of the northern regions of the USA and the southern regions of Alaska. The variety is used both in pure form and as part of lawn mixtures, for example, in combination with perennial ryegrass.
