The variety is a perennial grass capable of active vegetative reproduction via rhizomes. During growth, it forms a dense turf with a high percentage of soil coverage.
During the selection of the variety, particular attention was paid to resistance to leaf spot caused by the pathogen Drechslera dictyoides. The variety is used in grass mixtures for landscaping and the development of areas on golf courses.
