The variety belongs to the Chewings fescue type and does not form pronounced rhizomes. The plant forms a dense turf with very fine leaves, providing an ornamental appearance of the cover. Distinguished by early spring regrowth.
The plant possesses natural resistance to diseases, including good tolerance to red thread. The variety is adapted to intensive maintenance and low mowing, due to which it is used in grass mixtures for golf courses and high-quality ornamental lawns.
