The variety was developed through selection from valuable wild-growing ecotypes. The plant is characterized by a good ability to form a dense turf and high growth intensity in the first year after sowing.
The variety is resistant to leaf diseases. Like other representatives of the red fescue species, it is undemanding to soil conditions and suitable for inclusion in various types of grass mixtures.
