The variety belongs to the subspecies of Chewing's fescue (Festuca rubra subsp. commutata). It is characterized by an extremely high turf density, which prevents the spread of weeds. The leaves have a very fine structure, and the rich dark green color is maintained throughout the year.
The plant is distinguished by an early start of vegetation and good establishment rates. The variety tolerates low mowing, possesses moderate wear tolerance, and high resistance to diseases.
It is used for the creation of decorative, parterre, sports, and general-purpose lawns. It is also used in specialized grass mixtures, including for overseeding under tree plantations.
