The variety is intended for creating lawn turf and is suitable for use in landscape design and on summer sports fields with a mowing height of 10–15 mm. The variety belongs to the Festuca rubra L. sensu lato group; classifiers indicate it belongs to the subspecies Festuca rubra commutata.

The plant is characterized by high indices of visual quality and shoot density. The variety possesses a certain resistance to diseases, in particular to red thread (Red thread).
