The Izzie variety belongs to mid-early hexaploid varieties that form dense sods. The leaves of the plant have a dark or very dark green color; the leaf blade is narrow or medium in width, and short or medium in length.
Due to the high fineness of the grass stand, the variety is used as a component of grass mixtures for creating ornamental lawns, landscaping parks, and other areas.
