The variety belongs to the subspecies Festuca rubra subsp. littoralis. The plant is hexaploid and has rhizomes; the plant clump in the year of sowing is formed as intermediate. The leaves have medium width and color ranging from light green to green, with weak to medium anthocyanin coloration of the leaf sheath. The heading time in the second year of life is characterized as medium, and the stem height is also medium.

The variety possesses resistance to pink patch and red thread. Due to high recovery capacity and shoot density, it is suitable for low mowing. The variety is characterized by increased salt tolerance, which allows it to be used on roadsides, golf courses, and in ornamental landscaping.
