The variety forms a dense sward with elegant fine leaves. It is intended for use in turf grass mixtures, including on sites requiring low mowing, such as golf courses or shaded areas.
The plant possesses good winter hardiness and acceptable resistance to red thread. Due to slow regrowth, the variety allows for a reduction in mowing frequency when used for ornamental and sports purposes.
