The variety is intended for golf courses, sports fields, and sod production. It forms a dense turf with a fine leaf texture and possesses high seedling vigor.
A key advantage of the variety is its high salt tolerance, allowing it to grow in areas exposed to sea spray and under irrigation with reclaimed wastewater. The plant has resistance to diseases such as dollar spot and snow mold, and quickly restores its green color in the spring.
The recommended mowing height is 10–25 mm, with an average seeding rate of 30 g/m².
