The variety forms a fine-leaved, dark green stand. Thanks to the development of rhizomes, it effectively densifies the turf and fills in gaps. It is characterized by slow development in the year of sowing, which determines its frequent use in grass mixtures.
The plant possesses high resistance to red thread, elevated temperatures, and soil salinity. When mowed, it produces a smaller volume of plant mass compared to other varieties, which facilitates lawn maintenance. It is adapted to low mowing when used in professional landscaping.
