Trees are vigorous, long-lived, with a spreading crown, light smooth bark, and thin drooping branches. Leaves are large, predominantly five-lobed, matte, dark green on the upper side and densely pubescent on the underside.

Fruits weighing 40–90 g have a dark purple, almost black skin, which becomes covered with small cracks upon ripening. The flesh varies from pink to deep raspberry-red color, distinguished by juiciness and a honey-berry taste.

The variety is remontant, producing two harvests per year: the first wave ripens in June-July, the second from the end of August to October. It is parthenocarpic, not requiring mandatory pollination. The plant is thermophilic, needing cover at temperatures below -12...-15 °C.
