The medium-vigor tree features an ascending crown shape and is characterized by high hardiness and cold resistance. The variety is bifere: the first crop, fioroni, ripens from mid-June, and the main crop, forniti, from mid-to-late August.
The fruits are medium-to-large in size and have a globose-pyriform shape. As they ripen, the skin changes color from dark green to greenish-white. The fleshy pulp, which can be white, amber, or dark pink, has a honey-like taste. The variety is intended for fresh consumption.
