Variety description

The variety was obtained by crossing the Portola and UCD Mojo varieties. It is intended for commercial cultivation in regions with a climate similar to California and is effective for summer and autumn planting.

The plant is of a vigorous type with a balanced crown and low runner production during the fruiting period. The chilling requirement is 350–450 hours.

The berries are large and firm, maintaining their shape and marketability throughout the season. The yield of the variety significantly exceeds the figures for the Portola and San Andreas varieties.

A distinctive characteristic is high resistance to Fusarium wilt, which allows the variety to be used as an alternative to varieties susceptible to this disease.
