The variety is a hybrid of Geranium wallichianum «Buxton's Variety» and Geranium «Ann Folkard». The plant forms a vigorous bush with creeping shoots. The foliage changes shade throughout the season: it is amber-yellow in spring, turns lime-green in summer, and becomes reddish in autumn.
The flowers of the variety reach 4 cm in diameter and have a lavender-blue color with purple veins and a light center. The plant is winter-hardy and adapted to sun and partial shade. It is used as a groundcover or decorative plant for the foreground of borders and flower beds.
