Variety description

The variety has dense basal branching and a cushion-like shape. Dark green five-lobed leaves are softly pubescent. Large flowers 3.5–5 cm in diameter have a cup-shaped form, a mauve-blue shade with purple veins and a light center. The plant is capable of spreading in width up to 120 cm.
Flowering continues from late spring until the first frosts; the variety is self-cleaning and does not require the removal of faded buds. The plant is characterized by high winter hardiness (USDA zone 4–5) and heat tolerance. Prefers sunny areas or partial shade, propagates vegetatively.
