Variety description

The variety is a hybrid obtained by crossing Geranium sanguineum and, presumably, Geranium × oxonianum 'Julie Brennan' or Geranium asphodeloides. The plant forms a dense, spreading clump up to 50–60 cm wide with deeply dissected green leaves that acquire a yellow-brick hue by autumn.

The flowers are five-petaled, 2.5–3.5 cm in diameter, soft pink in color with dark purple veins. Flowering begins in late spring and continues until September or the first frosts. The variety is characterized by winter hardiness, drought tolerance, and vigorous growth, and is suitable for use in mixed borders and rock gardens.
