The tubers of the variety have an elongated, club-shaped form and a whitish hue. The regular shape of the tubers facilitates the peeling process compared to varieties with an uneven surface. The plant is tall, reaching a height of 2 to 4 meters, with erect stems.

The variety possesses good productivity potential, which depends on cultivation conditions and the level of mineral fertilizer application. The chemical composition of the tubers includes inulin, proteins, fiber, amino acids, and vitamin C, with the concentration of sugars and inulin varying depending on the harvest time.
