The variety belongs to the early maturity group, which allows for harvesting earlier than mid-late varieties. The plant is characterized by moderate growth; stem height is lower than in many other varieties of the species.

Tubers have a round shape and white color. The variety is valued for significant accumulation of water-soluble carbohydrates, particularly inulin, even by early harvest dates. The crop possesses high adaptability, typical for Jerusalem artichoke.
