Heuchera Mint Julep forms compact, dense clumps. The leaves have a slightly wrinkled, lobed texture: in spring they are bright lemon-green, and throughout the season they become mint-green with a silvery overlay and distinct emerald veins. The plant height is about 20 cm, with flower stalks up to 38 cm, and a spread of about 38 cm.

The plant produces tall flower stalks with small white bell-shaped flowers, and the flowering period falls between late spring and mid-summer. The crop prefers areas from full sun to full shade, moderately moist soils and belongs to USDA hardiness zones 4–9. It is used for borders, mass plantings, containers and rock gardens.
