Variety description

The plant forms a dense mound-shaped rosette 17–20 cm high, reaching 50–52 cm with flower stalks. The leaves are rounded and lobed; their color changes from silver-green with purple veins in young specimens to dark purple with a metallic silver sheen in mature ones.

Small bell-shaped flowers of a coral-pink shade are gathered in paniculate inflorescences. The variety is characterized by high frost resistance (USDA zones 4–9) and is semi-evergreen. It prefers partial shade and well-drained soils, sensitive to moisture stagnation.
