Variety description

The leaves have a silvery-green or silvery-purple background with dark olive or purple veins and a silvery bloom, the underside is bright burgundy or purple. Leaf blades are incised, lobed. The plant forms a loose, hemispherical shape 20–30 cm in height and 40–60 cm in width.
Flowers are bell-shaped, medium-pink on peduncles 45–60 cm high. Flowering occurs from late spring to mid-summer. The variety possesses high winter hardiness (zones 4–8), tolerates partial shade and open sunny areas with sufficient watering. If drainage is poor, it may be susceptible to rot.
