Variety description

The variety forms an upright, well-branched bush 120 to 150 cm in height, regrowing annually from the root. The decorative foliage has a 3-lobed shape and a purple hue, most pronounced at the beginning of the season.

The flowers are simple, large, 20–25 cm in diameter, colored in a saturated cherry-red with a dark center. The flowering period lasts from July to September-October, with each flower lasting one day.

The plant is winter-hardy; the aerial part dies off completely for the winter, and growth resumes in the spring. The variety prefers a sunny location and moist, humus-rich soils.
