The «Botanitšeskaja» variety is a dioecious plant included in the genetic resources collection. Studies show that the fruits of this variety have a mass exceeding that of several other varieties, while in terms of dry matter, titratable acid and ascorbic acid content, the variety is inferior to them.

In regional scientific reviews, the variety is classified as susceptible to major diseases and pests with an infection level from 51 to 71%. In addition to its use as a fruit crop, the variety is being studied for the potential application of its vegetative mass, including leaves and branches, as feed additives.
