The variety was obtained as a result of a breeding program using the double haploid method. It is intended for cultivation under winter and autumn sowing conditions typical for the Mediterranean region.

Plant height is between 55 and 70 cm, thousand kernel weight ranges from 36–41 g. The yield and morphological characteristics of the variety depend on specific agro-ecological growing conditions.
