The variety is the result of a cross between Tolar × Pasadena and is intended for feed purposes. The plants are of medium height and have a strong stem, which ensures high lodging resistance and often allows for cultivation without the use of plant growth regulators.
The variety produces large grain with a thousand kernel weight of about 50 g and a high specific weight. It possesses moderate resistance to powdery mildew, rust, and a complex of leaf spot diseases, including rhynchosporium.
It is suitable for cultivation in all regions and is appropriate for extensive cultivation technologies and organic farming systems.
