The variety Hatunok is a representative of hulless forms of spring barley. It is characterized by a high protein content in the grain, reaching 17.2%, as well as an increased concentration of polyunsaturated omega-3 linolenic acid in the oil.
The plant belongs to highly productive forms and stands out among other varieties by the number of grains in the main spike. Due to its nutritional properties, the variety is considered a promising raw material for the food industry, in particular for the production of dietary products and baby food.
