The variety is the result of crossing Sunshine and KWS Irina varieties. The plant belongs to the nutans variety, has a pyramidal ear with awns serrated along the entire length. The stem height varies from 52 to 58 cm, and the growing season is 76–88 days.
The grain is characterized by a thousand kernel weight of 47 to 55 grams and a protein content of 10–12%. The variety is intended for the production of light types of malt. The level of resistance to lodging, diseases, and drought is assessed as medium, and potential yield reaches 108–120 c/ha.
