The variety was obtained as a result of crossing Overture and Sanette. The plants have an average height of 71–73 cm and a high tillering capacity. The variety is characterized by good resistance to lodging and ear breaking.
The disease resistance profile includes high resistance to powdery mildew (8 points), moderate to scald (5 points) and leaf rust (4 points). The grain is distinguished by a high hot water extract yield and low nitrogen content, which meets the requirements of the malting industry.
