The variety belongs to the steppe semi-intensive ecotype, nutans variety. The growing period is 82–85 days, and plant height varies from 65 to 70 cm. The ear is two-rowed, cylindrical in shape, yellow in color, and reaches 9–10 cm in length.
The grain has an elongated-elliptical shape and yellow color; the thousand kernel weight is 43–50 g. The protein content in the grain is in the range of 12.8–15.2%. The potential yield of the variety is estimated at 8.0–8.5 t/ha.
