The variety is a sport of Hosta «Night Before Christmas». The plant forms a dense basal rosette with arcuate petioles, reaching a height of 35 to 50 cm.

The leaf blade is dense, elongated, with a heart-shaped, drawn-out form. The light center of the leaf retains its color throughout the season and does not "melt". In July-August, light lilac bell-shaped flowers appear on tall scapes.

The plant possesses high winter hardiness (USDA zones 3–4, withstands up to -40°C) and resistance to damage by slugs and snails. The variety is used for solitary plantings, borders, landscaping garden groups, pond edges, and rock gardens.
