A mature Khaltsion hosta bush reaches a height of 45–55 cm. The leaves are dense, heart-shaped with a pointed tip and distinct longitudinal veins. Due to a thick waxy coating, the leaf surface has a deep glaucous-blue color.

The plant's flowers are funnel-shaped, light lavender in hue, and gathered in spicate inflorescences on peduncles up to 80 cm tall. Flowering occurs in July–August and lasts from 15 to 28 days.

The variety is considered low-maintenance and well-adapted to partial shade and shade conditions. The plant is characterized by high winter hardiness, a dense bush form capable of suppressing weed growth, and is often used in landscape design for creating borders or decorating coastal zones.
