The variety belongs to the group of high-alpha hop varieties. During the selection process, chemical analysis of bitter substances and essential oils content was conducted, as well as an assessment of cone quality.

The plant was tested for resistance to downy mildew and Verticillium wilt. The technological maturity of the variety, optimal planting density, and response to environmental conditions, including heat stress, were also studied.
