The variety is an interspecific hybrid obtained from crossing Echinacea paradoxa and Echinacea purpurea. The plant is a compact, well-branching bush 80–100 cm high and 40–60 cm wide with upright stems and dark green broad-lanceolate foliage.

Large golden-yellow flowers are fragrant, and their center may change shade to greenish or bronze as they age. Flowering continues from July to October, and inflorescences remain decorative when cut for up to 14 days. The variety is resistant to lodging and has high winter hardiness in USDA zones 4–9.

The plant is attractive to pollinators and shows resistance to diseases under proper growing conditions. To maintain root system health, it is not recommended to plant this variety in heavy or constantly waterlogged soils.
