The hybrid is intended for use as a rootstock in vegetable growing. Its application contributes to improving plant vigor and increases their tolerance to abiotic and biotic stresses.

Due to the involvement of the wild species Solanum habrochaites in the hybrid's creation, the rootstock possesses resistance to a number of soil-borne pathogens. Research shows that the mineral composition of the scion fruit grown on this rootstock remains at a level comparable to other commercial analogs.
