The variety is an interspecific hybrid of Solanum lycopersicum × S. habrochaites and is intended exclusively for use as a rootstock, rather than for fruit production. It possesses high growth vigor, promoting the development of the varieties grafted onto it.

The rootstock possesses high resistance (HR) to Tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV), Tomato mosaic virus (ToMV), leaf mold (Pf), Verticillium wilt (Va/Vd), Fusarium wilt (Fol), and Fusarium crown and root rot (For).

Intermediate resistance (IR) includes protection against Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV), powdery mildew (On), corky root rot (Pl), and root-knot nematodes (Ma, Mi, Mj).
