Variety description

The plant reaches 1.2–1.5 m in height and width. Leaves are large, dark green, ovate in shape with a serrated edge. Inflorescences are 25–30 cm in diameter and acquire a greenish or brownish hue when fading.

The variety blooms on current year's shoots from mid-summer to autumn. It has high winter hardiness (USDA zones 3–8). Used in landscape design for hedges, mass plantings, as a specimen plant, and for cutting into fresh and dried bouquets.
