The Copenhagen variety (breeder name 'Racopen') is part of the Cityline® series, developed to produce plants with a compact habit and strong stems. The bush height typically does not exceed 1 meter, which allows for pot cultivation without the use of growth regulators.

The plant has dense, glossy foliage and forms large, spherical inflorescences. Due to the strength of the stems, the inflorescences do not lodge, which makes the variety suitable for both container cultivation and landscape design. The variety possesses marked resistance to powdery mildew and may be late-flowering.
