The mature shrub reaches a height of 150–200 cm and a width of 75–100 cm. The flowers have a concave shape, are collected in spherical inflorescences, and are colored in silvery-light blue tones, the intensity of which depends on soil acidity. The plant is a deciduous shrub.

The flowering period falls between July and September. The plant prefers well-moistened areas, is adapted to various soil types, and possesses wind resistance. The variety exhibits moderate winter hardiness, characteristic of Hydrangea macrophylla.
