The plant is a shrub with a dense, compact crown, reaching 1.5 meters in height and width at maturity. The leaves are dark green, broadly ovate, serrated, and veined.

The inflorescences are rounded in shape, and the petals are distinguished by pointed sepals. The flower color varies from pink to blue depending on the soil acidity level. The variety is characterized by early and abundant flowering, with buds forming on most stems.
