The compact, densely branched shrub reaches about 1.5 meters in height and width. The leaves have a more conical shape compared to other varieties and are distinguished by a coarse texture and light green color.

The plant forms large spherical inflorescences with a diameter of over 20 cm. The flower color varies from pale blue to lilac-pink depending on the soil pH level. The variety blooms in summer.

Cultivation requires rich, well-drained, and constantly moist soils. The plant requires significant shading, as direct afternoon sun can cause leaf and flower scorch.
