Variety description

An adult plant forms an upright, bushy, and robust shrub. The plant's leaves have a dark green color, a matte surface, and are often characterized as spoon-shaped.

The inflorescences are large, predominantly spherical in shape, with conical ones occurring less frequently. The color of the flowers depends on soil acidity: on alkaline soils they are dark pink, on acidic soils they are blue-violet. The flowering period lasts from July to October, with the variety blooming on the previous year's shoots.

The variety has winter hardiness down to -25 °C. It is used in landscape design for forming hedges, solitary and group plantings, and is also suitable for cutting and drying inflorescences.
