Variety description

The variety, also known by the commercial name Pink ’N Pretty, forms a shrub 1.2 to 1.8 meters high and 0.9 to 1.2 meters wide. Inflorescences can be either mophead or lacecap type. The plant is suitable for landscape design and cut flowers, and is intended for cultivation in USDA hardiness zones 5–9.

The shade of the inflorescences varies depending on soil pH: from blue in acidic environments to pink in neutral or alkaline ones. Flowering occurs on the previous year's shoots, so it is recommended to prune the shrub immediately after flowering ends to avoid removing the flower buds for the next season.
