The compact shrub reaches a height of 120–150 cm and possesses stiff, sturdy shoots that do not lodge under the weight of the inflorescences. The inflorescences have a broad-pyramidal shape and reach 25–40 cm in length.

At the beginning of flowering, the flowers have a greenish-white (lime) hue, gradually transitioning to pure white, and by the end of the season, pinkish tones may appear. The variety is distinguished by high winter hardiness, characteristic of zone 5, and blooms on current-year shoots.

The plant is used in single and group plantings, for creating hedges, and in container gardening. Information about the described variety as a Hydrangea macrophylla is absent in botanical registers, which indicates a likely confusion with the Hydrangea paniculata 'Magical Mont Blanc'.
