Variety description

The "lacecap" type inflorescences consist of a central cluster of small fertile flowers and an outer ring of larger sterile flowers. The color varies from dark pink to dark purple and blue depending on soil acidity. The flowers often have characteristic white centers, which become more intense as they develop.

The plant is a shrub with sturdy shoots, reaching a height of 150–200 cm. The variety is triploid, characterized by good winter hardiness, and is a summer-flowering plant.
