Variety description

The spreading shrub reaches a height of 1.20 to 1.50 meters. The plant possesses broad-ovate, serrated, veined leaves of dark green color. The inflorescences are large, globular in shape.

The flower color varies from deep pink on alkaline soils to blue or purple-blue on acidic soils with shades of dark mahogany or deep cobalt. The flowering period lasts from June to October.

The plant stems can be weak, leading to their lodging. The variety is used for borders, decorative plantings in gardens, as well as for cutting and creating floral arrangements.
